I am a transgender woman. I was assigned male at birth. I am working on getting my sex change operation, but the cost is preventing me from doing so. I am recognized both on State and National levels as female, but since my privates have not changed, is my marriage valid?
If you are biologically a woman then your marriage to a man is valid but not a woman.
