However, I touched it and it was dry and had none of the substance, however, it does feel slightly stiff. Can I verify that it is tahir or should I assume it is still najis?
It is still najis if the impure substance is still not fully removed, therefore, wash it again once more and better if you wash it with your hand under the sink, so that you ascertain that it has been fully removed.
