Gold that suits the woman’s shan or standard of living as determined in Islam, which was received as a gift or purchased with money from which khums has not been paid, and was worn periodically during the year in which it was received, but was then unused for the remainder of the first year, then khums must be paid on it based on obligatory precaution.
