Birth Anniversary of Imam Muhammad al-Mahdi (p) 1442 A.H.

Monday, March 29th, 2021, marks the birth anniversary of Imam Muhammad al-Mahdi (p), 15th of Shaban, 1442 A.H.

Imam Ali al-Sajjad (p) is reported to have said,

“Verily the people in the era of his occultation who believe in his divine leadership (imamate) and await his reappearance are better than the people of every era because God Exalted gave them [perfected] minds, [deep] understanding, and knowledge that made the occultation [of the Imam] like the presence [of the Imam].”

روي عن الإمام علي السجّاد (عليه السَّلام)

“إنَّ أهلَ زمانِ غيبتِه، والقائلين بإمامتِه، والمنتظرين لظهورِه، أفضلُ من أهلِ كلِّ زمانٍ، لأنَّ الله تعالى ذكرُه أعطاهم من العقولِ والأفهامِ والمعرفةِ ما صارت به الغيبةُ عندَهم بمنزلةِ المشاهدةِ”
