Can I include instructions on brain-death in my will?

Is it permissible for a person to write in their will, “If I ever become in a ‘vegetative state’ or brain dead, then I do not want to be kept alive on life support?”

It is not permissible, and the will would be invalid and the executor and/or relatives of the deceased should not fulfill it.
