Do my non-Muslim children receive inheritance?

I am a Muslim with non-Muslim children. Since my non-Muslim children cannot inherit from me, is there any way to leave them a monetary gift to be given to them after I pass?

You can allocate something for them as a gift from one-third of the estate or tarika only, or you can give it to them now in the form of a gift and you can distribute it in any way you like while you are still living.
