Is it permissible to shower the disabled?

I am a female psychology graduate. I have been offered a job as an Assistant Care Practitioner working with lead clinical psychologists in the care of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Is it permissible for me to assist in bathing them?

If the female Assistant Care Practitioner can shower the disabled female patient without touching/looking at her private parts (genitals and anus) and is immune from falling into sin such as lustful gazing, then there is no problem. It is not permissible for her to bathe male patients.
