Is it permissible to work in supplying loans?

I am planning on joining a project which provides business funding for businesses that need money to operate. In return, those businesses will pay back the loan plus interest. For example, if the loan is $100,000, the business owner will pay back $120,000. The lender is a non-Muslim company and the businesses that we would be marketing to could be non-Muslim or Muslim-owned. All of this will take place here in the United States. Any commission I would make from working with this project is only based on the loan that is originally given to the business and not on the interest that is paid back. So, for example, If the loan is $100,000 and my commission rate is 5%, I would make $5000. Taking all of this into consideration, would working with such a project and making money from these types of transactions be considered halal and allowed?

It is not permissible to work in supplying loans that involve interest/usury. However, if both parties are non-Muslims (the company and the bank), then it is permissible. Thus, if you consider the transactions to be istinqadh and not a loan, whatever you earn, you can count it as hiba or a gift even if you know that the business will return it with interest.
