Martyrdom Anniversary of Imam Zayn al-Abidin (p), 1443 A.H.

Friday, September 3rd, 2021 marks the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Zayn al-Abidin (p), 25th of Muharram, 1443 A.H.

Imam Zayn al-Abidin (p) is reported to have said:

“It is not odd how a person receives salvation [on the day of judgment], what is odd is how a person receives damnation in spite of God’s all-embracing mercy.”

روي عن الإمام زين العابدين (ع):

“لَيْسَ الْعَجَبُ مِمَّنْ نَجَا كَيْفَ نَجَا، وَإِنَّمَا الْعَجَبُ مِمَّنْ هَلَكَ كَيْفَ هَلَكَ مَعَ سَعَةِ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ تَعَالى”
