Do I have to pay back the dowry after divorce?

I am currently going through a divorce and have the following questions:

i. Her dowry was hajj, but since I am unable to send her to hajj, is this dowry still valid?

ii. After I decided to divorce my wife, she accused of being a homosexual because I refused to be intimate with her, what is the ruling here?

iii. After the marriage, I bought her jewelry and she agreed that she would return it all to me if we get divorced. But, she has not returned anything to me yet. What is the ruling here?

iv. What about the gifts that were given to her by my father?
The answers are as follows:

i. You are to pay her the cost of the hajj.

ii. She has sinned, and her accusation does not entitle her to anything additional.

iii. If she agreed to return it then she must do so.

iv. All those who gave gifts to the married couple have the right to ask for their gifts back, provided that the gifts are still there. However, one can not return the gifts given by those who are mahram.
