Is meat slaughtered using machines halal?

What is the ruling on the halal meat in America, if it is slaughtered using machines and the Bismillah and Takbeer before slaughter is a recording not an actual person for each animal slaughtered? What is the ruling on purchasing from Muslim stores that sell such meats? What is the rule of eating at a Muslim’s house, if we know they get their meat from such slaughterhouses? Further, what if the mosque also uses these slaughterhouses for their meat also?

It is permissible to use the recording of the Bismillah and the Takbeer as well as slaughtering using a machine as long as the person operating the machine is Muslim and the remaining criteria of halal slaughter (tadhkiyah) are fulfilled. The meat is considered to be halal to eat in the remaining scenarios in your question.
