Video: School, Work, and Beyond: Social Pressure in 2021

The development and maintenance of our Islamic identity can be challenging, particularly given the different types of social pressures that Muslims face on a day-to-day basis. Sometimes what is needed is a roadmap to remind us of what is important and help us reinforce our Islamic ideals and navigate through life. Thus, we are pleased to introduce a simple, yet effective, idea: “I.M.A.N. – A Muslim’s Guide to Dealing with Social Pressure”.

This concept, which was unveiled during IMAM’s “School, Work, and Beyond: Social Pressure in 2021” webinar (above), emphasizes a conscious understanding of everything that impacts us and promotes an active approach to strengthening our identity and dealing with the factors that can cause us to compromise our Islamic standards.
