The third deputy, Hussain ibn Ruh al-Nawbakhti, was reportedly one of the companions of Imam al-Askari (p) and a trusted assistant and companion to the second deputy, Muhammad ibn Uthman al-’Amri.

One of the most important lessons learned from the third deputy, who assumed the office after the passing of Muhammad ibn Uthman al-’Amri in 305 A.H., is that we must strive to use every situation to our benefit, whether the circumstances are suitable or for our direct advantage or not.
