1. What is the case of a person who became mujnib during the night and woke up in the morning and started performing ghusl with ample time left for fajr prayers. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, for example, the water went off, they were not able to complete the ghusl and the fajr adhan occurred during this period despite their genuine attempts for doing ghusl? 2. Will their fast be considered valid if it did not strike their mind to go for tayammum instead? Also, while fasting, what if a person swallows the dry skin that peels off their lips or fingers, whether intentionally or inadvertently?
1. The fast is in order because the person was not negligent in performing their ritual wash (ghusl) 2. There is no problem if they inadvertently swallowed something. However, if they knowingly swallowed it then their fast is invalidated and they must continue to abstain from all fast-nullifiers until maghrib and make up that day after the month of Ramadan.
