Empowering Our Community Under the Leadership of the Ahl al-Bayt (p)
R.I.S.E. is an initiative by I.M.A.M. dedicated to strengthening the spiritual and emotional well-being of our community. By focusing on Resilience, Identity, Support, and Empowerment, R.I.S.E. offers programs and guidance to help individuals and families face life’s challenges with faith, confidence, and a strong connection to the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (p).
Through workshops, counseling, religious guidance, and community programs, R.I.S.E. empowers participants to:
- Build resilience to navigate personal and societal challenges
- Strengthen their Islamic identity as followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (p)
- Provide access and support for emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being through professional development and trainings.
- Empower Muslim identity to integrate faith, identity, and development for a robust Muslim community.

Islamic Mental Health Wellness Webinars – Fall 2025
Practical guidance for emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.
This fall, join the R.I.S.E. Project for a 10-week online webinar series dedicated to mental health and wellness integrating Islamic teachings. Led by Sayyid Sameer Ali, Director of Islamic Pastoral Care at IMAM, these sessions provide practical tools to nurture resilience, strengthen your faith, and support your mental and emotional well-being. Topics covered will include pre-marriage preparations for Muslim youth, addressing concerns in relationships, and pathways to a successful marriage.
Program Details:
- Series Name: Islamic Mental Health Wellness Webinars
- Dates: September 14 – November 16, 2025
- Time: Sundays, 60 minutes from 2-3pm EST.
- Format: Online via Zoom
- Who Can Join: Open to all adults (18+) – new participants welcome each week
- Attendance: Flexible – attend any or all sessions in the series
- Registration: Required (once for the whole series)
- Registration Deadline: Friday, September 12, at 5 PM EST [Extended to September 19]
