Martyrdom Anniversary of Imam Muhammad al-Jawad, 1443 A.H.

The end of Dhu al-Qidah, 1443 A.H. marks the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Jawad (p)

Imam Muhammad al-Jawad (p) is reported to have said:

“A believer needs to hold three qualities: success from God [i.e., preserving the deeds that yield special help from God], a preacher from within himself, and accepting the advice of the one who advises him.”

“أَلمُؤمِن يَحتاجُ إِلی ثَلاث خِصالٍ: تَوفيق مِنَ اللهِ، وَواعِظٍ مِن نَفسِهِ، وَقَبُولٍ مِمَّن يَنصَحُهُ”
