The Anniversary of the 40th day of the Martyrdom of Imam Hussain (p), 1444 A.H.

Saturday, September 17th, 2022, marks the anniversary of the 40th day of the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (p), 1444 A.H.

Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (p) is reported to have said:

“One who walks to the grave of al-Hussain (p), God will record one thousand good deeds and erase one thousand bad deeds for every step and will raise his rank one thousand times.”

روي عن الإمام الصادق (ع):

“مَنْ أَتَى قَبْرَ الْحُسَيْنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) مَاشِيًا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ بِكُلِّ خُطْوَةٍ ألْفَ حَسَنَةٍ وَمَحَا عَنْهُ أَلْفَ سَيِّئَةٍ وَ رَفَعَ لَهُ أَلْفَ دَرَجَةٍ”
