Job Description: Podcast Host
We’re looking for a talented and naturally charismatic podcast host who can bring stories to life and connect deeply with our audience. In this role, you’ll take the lead in producing thought-provoking and engaging podcast episodes, creating a unique experience for listeners with each session. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled conversationalist with a natural affinity for connecting with others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host engaging podcast episodes that capture and retain listener attention
- Prepare for episodes by researching topics and guest backgrounds to ask insightful, compelling questions
- Establish a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests, ensuring conversations flow naturally and comfortably
- Travel within the United States for in-person interviews and live events as needed
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker, raised in an English-speaking environment to ensure cultural familiarity
- Has or is pursuing a degree in the social sciences
- Background in qualitative research and public speaking
- Excellent communication skills and an innate talent for storytelling
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with a wide range of people
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. as the role requires
Compensation:
- Paid per podcast episode, with earnings based on performance and engagement levels
