Is it permissible for men to go to places where women are not wearing hijab properly? (e.g wedding parties)?
If you are immune from falling into sin albeit gazing at the opposite gender with lust or listening to unlawful music, then it is permissible. However, it is better to avoid such gatherings unless you are socially obliged to attend them, and you should not stay there for longer than needed.
