What is your question?

I have been trying to do ghusl for the past three days but everyday a new doubt comes to my mind. Will I have to redo the ghusl because of these doubts about my intention of pouring water during ghusl?

Answer

You should ignore all these thoughts, and just intend that you are doing Ghusl for the sake nearness to Almighty Allah, then wash your head and neck, then move away from the shower and move back to wash your body (although it is better to wash the right side before the left). Keep in mind that since you are washing with large amounts of water (kur) then the same wash that is part of your ghusl purifies your private parts if there is any impurity on it.

What is your question?

I had a question regarding acne. Sometimes, my pimples pop and some pus gets onto my hand. I know pus is not najis, however, if it is a pinkish/red color, is it considered najis as it would most probably have come into contact with blood?

Also, I've been going through a lot of waswasa lately. Whenever I used to defecate, I used to wipe with tissue a few times then wash with water without putting my hand. However, lately, I've started putting my hand to remove all the najasah. Even though I wash a few times with my hand, I keep feeling stuff down there, causing me to spend a long time in the washroom. I don't know if there is any additional impurity. I usually just wash a couple of times then leave. Is this okay?

Answer

1- If you know it is blood then it is impure (najis).

2- You must be sure that the najasah is fully removed, hence it is better to wipe off the najasah and then use water to purify. If you suffer from OCD (wiswas) then you should wash as you normally do and ignore any doubts.

What is your question?

Is it permissible to use drop shipping in my eCommerce online store? This is what drop shipping is:

Drop shipping is a supply chain management method in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock but instead transfers its customer's orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer, another retailer, or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. As in retail business, the majority of retailers make their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price.

Answer

There does not seem to be a problem in such a transaction.

What is your question?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, if a Muslim dies at home or at the hospital, then can we assume it is due to COVID-19 even if it may not be so, and hence, perform Tayammum and apply all the necessary precautions for the COVID-19 infected individuals, such as putting the Kaffan on the body bag, etc.?

Answer

One must not resort to Tayamum in place of Ghusl unless they fear harm. However, if one is unable to investigate if the person died of contagious pathogens such as Covid19, in the event, there is a reasonable probability that the person died of a contagious pathogen such as Covid19, and this results in fearing harm, then it is permissible to resort to Tayamum. Please check, https://imam-us.org/guidelines-burial-preparations-deceased-infected-contagious-disease/
