The difference between transmitted moisture and non-transmitted moisture is that if you wipe your oily finger on another object and the moisture appears on it, then it is considered transmitted moisture. If the oil does not appear on it, then it is not transmitted moisture. 2. If you doubt whether the moisture has been transmitted or not, then assume that it has not, and consider everything pure until you have certainty that it has become impure.
