Is the water that splashes from the toilet tahir?
1- The water splashes after it has mixed with the impurity, and before the toilet is flushed, it is considered impure, and the body must be purified from it by washing it only once. 2- The water splashes during the same time the toilet is flushed, and in this case since the toilet water is connected to a mass amount of water (kur), then whatever splashes as long as it is not the impure substance itself (e.g, urine, feces) then it is considered pure and there is no problem.
