Can I migrate to another country if the faith of my lineage is at risk?

My question is regarding living in the West. I have heard a speaker who said that if a person migrates to the West and if his lineage after many generations lose their path, that person will be accounted for on the Day of Judgment and will be responsible for his offspring’s sins till the day of judgment. For example, if I raised my children properly, and my children raised their children properly. However, five generations later, the parents did not raise their kids properly. Is it not the grandchildren’s fault?

If a person fears loss of faith or weakening of observing their religious duties – himself or his family – due to residing in a specific area, they must relocate to another area in which they can perform their religious obligations. Therefore, if living in the West does not entail the loss of faith or weakness of religiousness, a person is not obligated to relocate to a Muslim country, otherwise, they must relocate if possible.
