Can I seize the property of others to prevent spread of corruption?

1. A person will use false traditions from the book Sahih Muslim, Sahih Bukhari in purpose to mocking the holy Prophets(saw), is it permissible to take away the book from him similar in a case if a person wants to burn the holy Quran which is permissible to take it away?
2. A person uses Facebook on his computer to mock Islam and urging people to fighting Muslims, is it permissible to take away his computer from him forever in such case?
3. A politician will use his car to drive to work in purpose to sign a contract which will harm people’s rights, meaning laws who force people be misguided, such as building a homosexual building, etc, is it permissible in such case puncture his car tire or take away his car from him forever, what is the ruling?

In all three cases, it is not permissible to seize the property of others. Instead, your duty is to enjoin the good and forbid the evil within the limits of Sharia.
