If one is in a state of janabah and sleeps thinking that he will wake up in time to perform the ghusl but he is doing his ghusl when the morning prayer adhan sounds, and he did not know that he had to do tayamum in such a situation, what is the ruling?
If he was confident when he slept that he would wake up in time, but for some reason did not then his fast will be in order. Otherwise, he would have to make up the fast and pay the kaffarah for intentionally doing so.
