If a Muslim man is living in the west and he wants to do temporary marriage (Mutah) to avoid falling into sin, but he is unable to find a Muslim, Christian or Jewish woman, can he engage in Mutah with someone who is outside the “people of the book” to avoid falling into sin?
Temporary or muta marriage with a woman who is not a Muslim nor from the people of the book is not permissible.
