Is it permissible to jokingly say, “I’m your god?”

If someone jokingly says “I’m your god” and another person laughs at this person’s statement, will the latter have sinned for encouraging the person making the false statement?

One should advise that person to not make such a statement, even if they were joking. If laughing encourages the person to continue making such false statements, then it might be counted as a sin. Therefore, one must repent to God Almighty and avoid such gatherings that promote wrong beliefs.
