When do Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers become qaza?

1. Is Zuhr and Asr time Qaza at sunset? If we do read after sunset do we do niyyat of Qaza? 2. Is Maghrib and Isha time is qaza at midnight? Is Midnight calculated based on sunset to Fajr?

1. After the redness of the sky in the east passes overhead, Duhr and Asr become qada’. 2. If a person willfully does not perform maghrib or isha’ prayers by midnight (between sunset and fajr), he must (based on obligatory precaution) perform them before the time of fajr without making the intention of ada’ or qada’, rather perform it with the intention of absolute nearness.
