This fall, join the R.I.S.E. Project for a 10-week online webinar series dedicated to mental health and wellness integrating Islamic teachings. Led by Sayyid Sameer Ali, Director of Islamic Pastoral Care at IMAM, these sessions provide practical tools to nurture resilience, strengthen your faith, and support your mental and emotional well-being.  Topics covered will include pre-marriage preparations for Muslim youth, addressing concerns in relationships, and pathways to a successful marriage.

  • Time: Sundays, 60 minutes from 2-3pm EST.
  • Format: Online via Zoom
  • Who Can Join: Open to all adults (18+) – new participants welcome each week
  • Attendance: Flexible – attend any or all sessions in the series
  • Registration: Required (once for the whole series)
  • Registration Deadline: Friday, September 12, at 5 PM EST [Extended to September 19]
