What is your question?

Are option trading in the US stock market is it halal or not?

Answer

For a business transaction to be lawful, whether it is stocks, options trading, etc., it must meet the following criteria:

1- It must not entail disposal of others' possessions without their permission.

2- It must not entail deceiving others.

3- It must not entail giving usury (riba) if the giver is a Muslim.

4- It must not incorporate unlawful investment such as dealing with intoxicating drinks, non-hunting dogs, pigs, or anything that is made in a form that is usually utilized in an unlawful manner and its value is due to its unlawful utilization, such as idols, gambling instruments, and instruments of unlawful amusements (e.g., guitar).

Therefore, if options trading does not entail any of the aforementioned, there is no problem in it.
